I am also prepared to vote that our Prudent Reserve should be sent to WSO  or 
barring that, as a compromise to those who want it going to OLA, that  90% of 
our prudent reserve go to WSO and 10% to OLA and that these funds be  
distributed every six months.
 
It is my understanding that sending delegates to international conventions  
is Item#3.  If it is being decided now as part of item#2, then I am  prepared 
to vote against ASP sending anyone to any conferences.   Especially because we 
have members all over the world this would be a very  inequitable and 
inappropriate thing for ASP to do.  A very good point was  raised by another member 
that if the argument is that online meetings are not  recognized groups at WSO 
then there is certainly no reason for  ASP funds to be used to send people to 
WSO conferences or  conventions.  If any  of our trusted servants wish to go to 
 Pittsburgh or other Al-Anon events perhaps they can go through their  
face-to-face meetings for funding.
