Hi Everyone,
Below, please see the first agenda that was sent to us on Jan 7th.  I though we were to follow this agenda for our meeting?  We are still on #2 as far as I can see.  When another topic was brought up during item #1 we were told to stay on the issue of #1 and not jump ahead.  I think that maybe the same "rule" ought to go for item #2.  Dawn asked for a second on my motion but then Steve said I could not make a motion yet????????????  I am really confused with the way this meeting is being conducted.  I DO understand the KBDM process - It is used at our Area Assemblies and AWSC meetings all the time.  Again, please read the agenda below and someone please explain to me why my MOTION on #2 is being held up while we discuss something that is in item #3?  Will the person who is leading this meeting please restate the MOTION and ask for a second? If not please let me know why you can't.
