Hello Everyone,

Just to clarify, all motions put on the floor are out of order because the 
discussion is ongoing.

We have 18 business meeting members.  We started with 19 members and one has 
unsubscribed for personal reasons not having anything to do with the 
business meeting or its process.

Once again, I have no idea when the discussion will end.  When it appears 
that the discussion has spent itself, I will open the floor for a 
motion....how about that.  I did that with the last discussion regarding the 
amount of the prudent reserve.  That discussion came to a natural close and 
I did send an email out stating that and opening the floor to a motion on 
the consensus that had been brought out.  As I recall, it worked out well, 
including the voting poll.

Hopefully I have answered the questions put forth.
