1.  I think that the reserve should be equal to one  year's ASP 
administrative expenses In other words, keep the policy  and practice as is. 
2.  I  think  that any overrun or excess of reserve  should be sent to WSO 
semi-annually as a contribution from  ASP.
3.  I think  that  ASP should not use its funds to send delegates to any 
Al-Anon conferences either in  the U.S. or elsewhere, and that any member(s) who 
wish to attend such gatherings  should do so at their own expense.
