[Businessmtg] Voting Poll for Prudent Reserve Motion

Hello Everyone,

This note is to give you an update on where we are with the voting poll.  Of course we have run into a glitch which our Web Master is working out.  The voting poll should be up sometime on Monday.  It is looking like we will close it on Thursday so that we can move forward with our discussion prior to the end of the month.

Thanks for your patience with this matter.  As with new things, even though we tested it before, there was one more bug that did not get caught in the testing.
