Based on the wonderful background information provided on this topic, I
would suggest that we donate money to whatever WSO function would support
growth in  online or electronic meeting growth. I would also suggest that
the individuals who invest time and personal money in maintenance and upkeep
over and above our projected expenses should be able to submit receipts, and
receive reimbursement for those expenses.

Can we pay part of electric bill or utilities for those spending large
amounts of time online on our behalf?
