G'day

I just wanted to add to the discussion on the newcomer packers--- 
---!) I do want to say is that we can create our own newcomer packets and they do not have to have as much information as the traditional newcomer packets and of course thus save $
--2) when we do the Welcome for newcomers are they also advised about the WSO website for members? I was thinking that if we were to send out welcome packets that some of the guidelines could be sent to them e.g. - How to start a Al-Anon group... If they are directed to the members website they could find those things - 

When will there have been sufficient discussion to make a motion?
