The web site should read something like . . .

Please vote for or against the following motion:

"That ASP send an Al-Anon Newcomer Packet to any new member of ASP, who is
also a new member of Al-Anon, who requests a packet from us, and that ASP
pays for this expense from it's regular budgeted treasury for as long as it
is feasible for our group continue this service."
