It seems that we have hade a period of time w/ no chatter on this.  Does 
that mean it is time for a motion?  Have all knowledge and opinions been 
shared?

There has been no call for a motion at this time.  When the time comes for a

motion to be called, I will send out an email stating so to the Business
Meeting.  In the meantime, discussion is free to continue.
