Hi Business meeting,

I would like to thank Kathy for stepping up to be the new treasurer.   Thank so much Kathy.  Now I think we need to move on to the next spot that needs to be filled. We have one greeter and we need  at least 1 more. I would like to ask that any one who is in this meeting that wants that job email me and let know.  We need to fill this position to keep this major feature of ASP running.  We are all part of the Business meeting because we want what is best for the group.  So since that is the case maybe one of you will step up to keep greeting running it would be a shame if someone asks to join our meeting and our one greeter is unable to get to them in a timely fashion due to us having only 1 greeter.  In June  we had 112 requests to join our group.  Denise did a beautiful job of keeping up with the greeter duties after being in that position for a year.  That is an average of 3.7333333 requests to join each day of the month.  Now that may not seem like a lot but keep in mind that our greeter also has a busy life, travels for work and so on and she kept up.  That is way to much to ask of just one person especially in light of the comments about the time commitment to doing service for this group.  Denise has been doing it by herself but we had no choice as there were no alternates last year, and Dawn and I have been providing back-up to Denise as needed.  We are blessed to have had a greeter who simply stepped up to the task.  For this position you don't need to do a resume you just need to contact me and let me know that you are willing to be of service.
