Hi Group 
I was the one that said a national Bank 
just because in 3 years when Kathy term is up we will just need to change names not close and open and have to move our payment to esosoft less moving and mailing and chance of missing our server payment.  Just Saw it as a few less chances of lossing our money if it was in a wells fargo or wachovia.  Just trying to make the next transition easier that is all
