Hello Everyone,

I would like to remind the members of the business meeting that the person
to call for a motion is the Chair Person.  She has not done so yet. 

Also, we need to give everyone time to review the resume and ask questions
especially given the global time zones we are in.  Having two people step up
and put forth a motion and second it without giving the chair time to do
their job, and not allowing for everyone the time...given the time zones, to
review the meeting strikes me much like national elections where the votes
of one side of the country often times decide who gets into office before
the rest of the country to vote.  

So I would ask that while you are all enthusiastic to have someone run for a
position, we take the time to step back and follow the process of the
meetings here, especially for those who are new in this meeting.
