What time frame are we talking about?
Can the role be downsized?

The list administrator runs the behind the scenes of ASP.  Here's a  
breakdown

   1.  deal directly with members of ASP regarding policy and practices.
   2.  work with the Greeters and Greeter Chair to add new subscribe  
requests, ensuring that the individuals are meeting the criteria to  
join and talking with the greeters if they do no.  If the criteria is  
met 	then LA subscribe them to the list and send the subscription  
notice to the greeters who then introduce them to the group.
   3.  support the Treasurer of the meeting by receiving the bank  
statements and verifying donations, balances, etc as a second step in  
taking care of our finances.
   4.  am the liaison with Al-Anon's World Service Office since  
online groups do not have GR's.
   5.  contract with the necessary service providers regarding our  
domain name registration, mail list hosting and website hosting.
   6.  deal with all the technical affairs of ASP
   7.  chair the Steering Committee Meeting.

   9.  work with the Web Master regarding updates on the website and  
the technical aspects they take care of on the list.
