[Businessmtg] Officer Requirements - I

I'm not sure if this is the time to mention what we think would be good outside of the one year requirement.  I do agree with the one year requirement.  As everyone has mentioned, the culture is a bit different than f2f mtgs and it takes a little while to aclamate to it.  I also think it takes some experience to actually watch some heated moments rise and fall and observe management of them.  I've watched a few here since I've joined in Sept ....and it is important.  


I'm not sure if this is where we mention the opinions of other things we believe should be requirements ... so I don't know if I should proceed with my opinions in that regard yet or not.
