Very good points are all raised by Steve. I can agree on all of them. 

One other point that I would like to see on the resumes is a question to see how well the individual understands the Twelve Concepts of Service" e.g.. Choose a Concept and describe how it relates to you and to Al-Anon as a whole. 

I would like to know that any candidates are familiar with the Al-Anon Service Manual.
