Greetings, 

Welcome to the Business Meeting for ASP.  I apologize for not starting this meeting on time, it is taking some time to learn the ropes, so I thank you all for your patience and understanding.
 
The address for the business meeting is:  businessmtg at asp-afg.org  This is
the address you will use to send in shares to the Business meeting.  Please
do not send your business shares to the recovery meeting.

Here is our Agenda for this meeting:  

1. Open the Business Meeting. 

2. Introduce the positions available on the Steering Committee.  First
up is GREETER CHAIR.  Tara has been our Greeter Chair for over three years.

Thank you Tara for your service and dedication to ASP, it is greatly appreciated.

 

Brief Description of Greeter Chair:

*Chairs the Greeter Committee

    *Appoints Greeters

    *Instructs/Trains Greeters

    *Oversees greeting process

    *Greeter Chair is second alternate to the List Administrator

 

People find ASP on the web at either the current ASP site or the original ASP site that Steve still maintains (the original site still get over 500 hits each month) and inquiries are route to the Greeter Committee.  The Greeters then respond to the inquiries and bring those that decide join ASP into the meeting. 

 

3. Those interested will:

a)      Announce their availability to the Business Meeting

b)      Send a copy of the completed resume as an attachment to the Secretary at jenniferg at serenitysys.com.  The Secretary will then post it to the meeting.

4. Vote on the position.
