Hi Biz members,

I have been reading and contimplating all the emails and information.  I have minuscule knowledge on incorporation and with NP status.  I only have the experience of witnessing the process in our f2f Area and it was a huge headache for several years.  I agree that in the long run, making this change here at ASP would probably help us with Tradition Seven, namely with the ability to use PayPal.  Having PayPal for the convenience of donations, especially from outside the USA, was made very clear by Jerry's email example.  Because of this one reason, I support incorporation and non-profit status and I hope with all my heart that our leaders will be given the stamina and wisdom to complete this process. Thanks to all of you who serve our group so well.
