Greetings ASP Business Members!!

 It's been 48 hours since anyone posted a comment on the issud of incorporation, and since 100% of the comments made have been in support of Steve's list of 5 points, it appears that we have a consensus on those points.

 These points are:

            A.  ASP decides to incorporate.  Although this decision could be made by the Steering Committee, we prefer that the decision be made here in the general Business Meeting.

            B.  The Steering Committee work out the details and DRAFT a By-Laws

            C.  The Business Meeting approves the By-Laws in Spetember

            D.  Steve will download the requisite forms an prepare them, in Draft and pass them on to the Steering Committee for review and approval.

            E.  Steve will submit the forms to the IRS and the State of Washington.

Anyone prepared to make a motion, please do so.
