[Businessmtg] October Agenda topics - Prudent reserve

I have three questions regarding prudent reserve:
1. How much would the new software cost?
2. I wonder why no newcomer packets are ever mentioned since that was approved to be given to new comers to Al-Anon?
3. Do we ever make donation to WSO?

Thank you,
JT

Subject: [Businessmtg] October Agenda topics - Prudent reserve

Hi again,

I have excerpted below from the business section of our website.
http://www.asp-afg.org/ASP/nbm/motions.htm

One year's expense is calculated at $1301.00; we currently have $2298.81
in our account.  I would like to hear suggestions from others, i.e.
thoughts or options for distributing our funds over prudent reserve.
One thought is to upgrade the software we use to maintain the website.
The current software used is Frontpage 2003 and is 8 yrs old.

Looking forward to hearing from others.

Hugs,

Anne O.
