Hi Business Meeting Participants,

My apologies to everyone as it appears that I jumped the gun a bit when I 
posted the meeting agenda. The Steering Committee was intending to meet to 
discuss the proposed agenda and determine what was reasonable to get through 
in one month and what items were ready for the bigger discussion.

The Agenda has been trimmed to just two items for discussion:

1. How should funds be disbursed once the prudent reserve has been reached. 
Please note that this does not pertain to purchasing goods or services that 
are required elements to run the meeting (for example, the website provider 
or the software needed to maintain the website).

2. The Secretary position.

I now open the floor to discuss the disbursement of money over the prudent 
reserve. Please keep your comments specifically to this topic and this topic 
only.

Again my apologies for the confusion.
