Hi All,

Just a reminder that we have not completed the discussion of the 
disbursement of prudent reserves. 

Please refer to the email I sent to the business meeting with regards to 
process we are following.

In short, until the discussion is completed and motion to call for a vote is 
requested there is no "voting." Once the discussion is complete and a motion 
is called, the website will be opened for voting.
