Biz-Pals,

The purpose of Knowledge-Based Decision Making (our adopted

process for business discussions) is to discuss and become

fully informed. When and if a consensus appears on a part

or whole of a discussion a Motion is then written to that

consensus. Then a vote happens.

Many discussions end without a consensus and therefore no

motion. It doesn't sound to me that we are all informed,

and there doesn't seem to be a consensus as yet.

I propose it is too early to call for a vote or formulating

a motion under KBDM principles.
