[Businessmtg] Prudent Reserves/Secretary

Hi Business Meeting Memebers,

I do not believe we have come to any consensus about how to disperse our 
prudent reserves.

At this point, I would like to table the discussion and move on to our 
second agenda item as the month is close to closing.

The second agenda item is the Secretary position. 

I believe our current secretary has abandoned the position. At this time I 
would like to solicit resumes. You can find information about the position
