[Businessmtg] Prudent Reserves Discussion

As Chairperson and with input from the Steering Committee, I opted to table 
the prudent reserves discussion. 

Many questions were brought up regarding the support of WSO to online groups 
and also about whether OLA-IS is even an entity anymore. I did not see those 
questions answered. IMHO, it is hard to make any kind of informed decision 
without answers to those questions. 

Regardless, the discussion has been tabled. Please respect that as part of 
this meeting forum and refrain from continuing the conversation.

At discussion now is the postion of Secretary. 

Since the Secretary runs the Business Meeting, having someone in the 
position who has been involved in the business meeting would be helpful. 
This is your opportunity to be involved.

I respectfully ask anyone who is considering the position, please send me 
your resume which you can find on the website. If we don't receive any from 
within the Business Meeting, I will send a request to the recovery meeting.
