Thanks Steve,

  Actually it is not a requirement of a Regional Trustee or Trustee-at-large
to to have been a Delegate and at present 4 Trustees have never been
Delegates.  I have never served as  a Delegate.

  I did research also and could not find anything that said  that I could
not serve on the Steering Committee or Web-site as ASP is not a registered
group.  I also spoke with the Chairman of the Board to ensure that it was
not a conflict.

   I would be able to keep it separate and I do recognize that everything is
confidential which goes both ways.

   However,  all said I have decided to withdraw my resume.  I was very
concerned that we did not have any resumes and with  having a keen interest
I felt that I would submit my resume.  As I currently hold a position
in Al-Anon and  I believe in getting more people involved in Al-Anon service
I choose to withdraw my resume.
