Greetings, Everyone,

Thanks to each of you for your service and Steering Committee for your
leadership as well. 

In regard to the topic of disbursement of funds over our prudent reserve, I
have two questions:

(1)    Would we plan to do this on an annual basis, or more frequently? If
so, how often?

(2)    Would this decision then be permanent and applied going forward until
such time that is it changed for some reason? Or is it just for this year?
