Hi Friends:

I am in favor of sending WSO $500 of the excess over our prudent reserve.
I am in favor of doing this immediately.
 
I am in favor of setting a percentage of amount over our prudent reserve to be 
sent on a regular
basis, to continue until or unless decided otherwise in a future business 
meeting.
This will eliminate the need to discuss this issue at every business meeting to 
come.
 
Over 20 years ago, I remember a special fund raiser to assist WSO to print 
ODAT's in Russian for 

delivery to Russia at the request of Al-Anon Family Groups trying to get started 
there.  Based on 

my personal knowledge of that, I believe that WSO is international/world-wide.
