I can see only too well that I could have ended up as an alcoholic. It is
only the fact that my body cannot tolerate alcohol that has saved me. The
intolerance has gotten worse as I have gotten older, so I don't even drink
at all anymore.

Same with smoking. Both my parents were heavy smokers, and even though I
have never smoked (not even once) I still crave smoke when I am stressed.
Once again, but for the grace...

I also notice this in the rooms. I used to be quick to judge, but I realize
that the stories there could be my own....
