Does she meet the technical qualifications and just not the participation
requirements?  Is there a chance we could vote to waive the participation
requirements to allow her to do service and fill this vital role?

So we have had 1 thoughtful member offer to submit her resume in the future
for the position of Web Master, when she meets the qualifications.
Unfortunately, that won't work for today's needs.  We don't know when those
qualifications might be met.

Could we hear how many members we have now?
Also, about how many new members join this online group in a month?
When a trusted servant position goes unfilled in Face to Face groups, what
happens?  How does this apply to our online group?
