I like the suggestion of the previous WebMaster "shadowing" the new.  It would helpprovide confidence. The description of duties sounds very intimidating to someone like me who is technically-challenged, using computer strictly for email and "bing"ing topics. As Jerry mentioned when he volunteered to do Treasurer, when I volunteered to Chair for 6 months, I was extremely fearful and figured it would be beyond me....it turned out to be quite simple due to the work of those before me who developed the format, etc. While I like the idea of perhaps "purging" members who are not active, I'm wondering if it might somehow be apart from Traditions where "everyone is welcome."  Would it be a cumbersome task to contact each and ask if they want their email address to remainon the active/current list?Linda
