 to  http://www.asp-afg.org/ASP/nbm/index.htm and beneath 
 "Resume" click on either format (MS Word Document, Adobe PDF or HTML).
Save the format, complete and email back to me at  
melaniemalias-melanie at yahoo.com.

We definitely do not want a system of burning out trusted servants.  Obviously, 
that is not a healthy practice.
