Happy Friday Bus meeting friends.

I am Anne, ASP Treasurer. For those that aren't aware of the various paths
our website follows, I wanted to point you to a couple of pages and offer
some additional information.

First, a note about our prudent reserve and the need to update it.

1. Newcomers packets with postage - approx. $300/annually

2. Incorporation - the one-time cost estimate is $500

You will find information on the approvals to move forward with Newcomers
packets and incorporation on the website. Both of these votes have resulted
in an increase in expenses and the need to change $$$ associated with our
prudent reserve. For past discussions , motions and votes-

. For the results of the vote on newcomers packets..
http://www.asp-afg.org/ASP/nbm/motions.htm

. The discussion and documentation on incorporation is here.
http://www.asp-afg.org/ASP/nbm/agenda.htm

. Financials - Summary page,
http://www.asp-afg.org/ASP/Business/7th_tradition.htm, statements,
http://www.asp-afg.org/ASP/Business/financial_report.htm

The financial statements are fluid and go back to 2006, when ASP started
passing the basket. There is a line item for each expense and donation.
The amount in excess of the prudent reserve is not correct, and will be
updated soon. This information may help guide and further inform our
agenda discussions, clearly there are pages that need to be updated. Now
that we have a webmaster in place the ASP site will be updated.

Looking forward to seeing more lively discussion on this topic.

Hugs,

Anne O.
