Considering how old the motions are that have been presented I would say the stalemate has continued for some time. I've also heard a number of areas that havent been proactive. That was then and this is now. We have a few systems that are only now being revisited...the website for instance. Our obligation to manage that and keep it current is no less of an obligation than our commitment to donate to WSO. Now that we have a group who wishes to break the chains of stalemate than I believe you breathe life into all area with equality. "New projects" arent rightfully new just because they are respected today...but have been ignored for the past few years. They too paid the price of a group frozen in its own indecision. We've had people concerned about spam clogging our email system. There may be some other issues we arent aware that need to be addressed now that a webmaster will begin working on this. I find it ironic that we quickly are flopping
from Dont give a Penny to WSO to Give Everything to WSO and we choose to skip over "well what do our members need?" What might we need to improve that hasnt been touched with people not in positions and processes like new member packets going out that didnt. As far as I can see we are obliged to our members as well as the WSO.
