Hello all, I expressed my opinion when the topic was announced.  I don't feel a need to try controlling by stating again my opinion.  At this point I will only say I feel there is definitely a consensus and the group should be allowed to vote.  There has been enough time for everyone to participate that wanted to and the end of the meeting is almost here.  I feel it is a shame that something that was approved once has to keep dragging on without a decision.  Thank you for the right to be heard.   JT
