So the motion that has been seconded is :

"I move that 100% of the excess reserve funds be donated to
 Al-Anon's World Office (WSO) on a quarterly basis while we
continue the discussion of the feasibility of donating to 
other Al-Anon entities."

The business meeting will be closed for comments at this time while we prepare 
an electronic ballot.

I want to acknowledge that this motion is not what the consensus was originally 
for.  

This motion goes beyond it, by attaching the continuation of the donation to WSO 
in the future.
The consensus was to contribute funds over prudent reserve to the WSO at this 
time.
