[Businessmtg] Update on Business Mtg

Good day All,
This is the closing of the Business Meeting to elect a new Web Master. We
have not had a Web Master since February. No candidates came forth this
month, so a new meeting will begin in October.  You will need to sign up
again in order to be a part of it.

While we have 807 email addresses in ASP, we continue to find it difficult
to fill a slot on the Steering Committee.
