[Businessmtg] Position of Treasurer

I believe Anne's term is officially up in April, and with some transition 
period to the new Officer, that is just shy of the one year requirement of 
ASP participation.  Additionally, Melanie currently holds a service 
position, so she is well-acclimated to the group, and an extremely valuable 
participant. Melanie also certainly has the appropriate background for the 
role.

I just wanted to say that the length of service requirement is not a factor 
of concern to me, in this case.
