I would like more information on Webmaster position. 

How much time is involved?

How much knowledge is involved? 

If someone is computer literate but has never been involved with a webpage, would they be able to handle it?

Is it more important to be willing and responsible than experienced?

Is it possible to do the work from a IPad?
