Hi all,

I am saddened to see this is happening in this business meeting. Two trusted servants have offered their services and their resumes for our consideration (the issue of whether one was late or not is for our admin to determine) and both have shared some of their concerns and potential limitations as well. We have all had the opportunity to read what they've shared. I think it's inappropriate, if we are following protocol as well as our traditions, for any individual communications to be made that are not posed openly for all to see. This is NOT putting principles before personalities; nor is it fair for any of us to "endorse" one candidate over the other. 

We have recently seen members of our group leave because some people are not able to follow our traditions. Must it occur in a business meeting too?  This seems very inappropriate.
