Thanks, Ren, for sharing.  I have heard from others who care about filling
the position, but are unable to do so themselves.  Some people are new, or
also in AA, and others are steeped in service work already.  Division and
rotation of service positions share responsibilities and prevent dominance.

I trust the process.
