[Businessmtg] Adding topics to Business Meeting

Any topics for discussion at the Business meeting are to be referred to the List Administrator. The Chairperson sets the agenda. The  Chairperson can be either the Secretary or the List Administrator. You must attend the business meeting for the topic to be discussed.
