[Businessmtg] How do we add new topics?

As a point of clarification about how to get topics added...topics for the
business meeting need to be submitted to the meeting secretary (me) before
the meeting is called. We cannot add items to the agenda after the meeting
has started. If we did so, we deny those not participating in the business
meeting the chance to join the meeting and add their voices.

Please email me outside the meetings if you have topics for the business
meeting.
