In general:	To help figure out how to remind people of our Guidelines so 
more people, when they are new to ASP,  are able to share easier and 
help others know what each of us are sharing about.

I have not seen them lately so I cannot answer this question at the 
moment.

I get on ASP almost everyday. Sometimes more than one time in a day.
