Our Agenda:

We will be discussing three issues, brought forth by our members..

   1. The recent upswing in OT emails and what could be done to keep us on
   track
   2. Having the greeters forward the current day's meeting to new members
   3. How our individual welcome emails swamp new members and may cause
   them to unsubscribe within a day

We will start with the discussion of the *first issue only*...please
refrain on discussing the other items for now. If you have any questions
