[Businessmtg] Off Topic

Hi All,

I am so glad this has come up.  For me the Off Topic stuff has gotten 
overwhelming. I think it is also encouraging people to share too much 
detail in the meeting topics. I know as newcomers have so much to get 
out that they have to "over share".  In my opinion the goal of the 
meetings it to share Experience Strength and Hope not the day to day 
details of our lives.  When I first joined this group the focus was more 
on ESH, but now it seems to be a place where people can just write about 
anything that they want and I am loosing the ability to find the ESH in 
all of the personal details.  I am grateful to have 2 very healthy F2F 
meetings that I can go to, but I do enjoy this forum as well. I look at 
it as a place to connect in-between my F2F.  I am not sure if it is 
possible for us to have a separate email address for OT shares?  While I 
do not think people need a place to share OT, I am not sure how we keep 
it from continuing to spiral.
