[Businessmtg] Business Meeting subject Off-Topic Shares

Thank you all for the discussion, I think I understand a little better the
need to limit off-topic shares.
Is it possible to take this on a case-by-case basis?  Is each individual
email moderated?
When we go to a face to face meeting, members list their phone numbers and
are able to call one another when something comes up.  Would it work to
make some sort of virtual equivalent?  Obviously not phones, but a similar
tool.
