I have been in ASP for over a year - I definitely experience times when the email activity is overwhelming and I cannot possibly read all the shares.  Honestly I have not really noticed an increase in OT shares and if there are too many shares - both topic and OT, I simply have to "let go" and delete them!   That is hard for me to do but I do it.


So I don't think we should limit the audience for the OT shares - never know when a topic is something that one of us really really needs and we just don't know it.  And the person writing it really needs to get something off of his or her chest so to speak - even if not many people read it.


A gentle reminder to limit shares, focus on ESH, etc. periodically would also be a good thing.
