When I came in I was terribly needy and terribly confused. 
Not clueless at all. But clueless regarding the format of meetings. 
I've found each meeting is conducted differently than  another. 
And it's ok

I've no good answer about off topic stuff. I mean I do but for the greater good , not sure here. 

All I know is my off topics have brought me great comfort from you.
