[Businessmtg] [ASP] business meeting OTs and Newcomers

Hi biz members, Kristen here.
Was there a vote on OT's that I missed? If so please let me know.

I am making 2 suggestions here. 
ONE: that there be at least 2 newcomer chairpersons.  
I suggest that these  chairpersons be members who have been for 6 months-2 years maximum. 
While I hope that I never forget where I came from, I can see how the memory of "rock bottom" can fade as time in the program progresses. 
TWO:
That we collaborate and have plans in place regarding Newcomers AND OT's before putting out an email about limiting them. 
For those that are still lost and have not experienced the miracle of the program I believe it is our duty to be welcoming and providing comfort as stated in our program (Tradition 5: "Each Al-Anon family group has but one purpose: to help families of Alcoholics. We do this by practicing the Twelve Steps of AA ourselves, by encouraging and understanding our alcoholic relatives, and by welcoming and giving comfort to families of alcoholics."

I do not believe we are doing this when we limit the way in which people ask for help/support.
Furthermore, if WE do decide to limit them. I feel we MUST offer other options.

I would also like to ask, what the term is for list administrators?
