[Businessmtg] Off Topic emails: clarifying what we are discussing

Thank you to all who have been sharing on OT emails. There are a ton of
ideas.

At this point, we can't decide on anything specific. My thought is that we
come to consensus on the basic question and then move on from there.

Please share your thoughts on the following options:

-Allowing OT emails to continue as is
-Allowing OT emails to go to the regular meeting, but adding something else
for either clarification, outlet or forum
-Disallowing OT emails on the main list
-Disallowing OT emails on the main list but providing a separate place to
put them

I would like to get us to consensus on this question by discussion.
